What is Arnica and where does it come from?
Arnica comes from the perennial Arnica Montana, a yellow-orangish flower that grows in the mountains of Europe and Siberia as well as temperate climates in North America.
Arnica is a genus of perennial herbaceous plants in the sunflower family. Several species, such as Arnica Montana and A.chamissonis, contain helenalin, a sesquiterpene lactone that is a major ingredient in anti-inflammatory preparations.

What is Boswellia Serrata (Frankincense) and where does it come from?
Scientifically known as Boswellia Serrata, this is not only the name of the herb but also of the large tree native to India and parts of Pakistan. This tree is most famous for producing Indian Frankincense, a common name of the herb, which may also be known as salai or shallaki.
The entire Boswellia genus is referred to as Frankincense, but this species has been praised for the resin it produces. When this gum resin is removed from the tree, it is often burned for aromatic purposes or used in medical applications.
Boswellia Serrata is legendary in Ayurvedic Medicine, as it is associated with powerful anti-inflammatory properties and a wide variety of other health benefits.

What is Niacinamide and where does it come from?
Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3. In food it’s often found as niacin. It’s a fantastic skincare ingredient that has a lot of studies to back up its effectiveness, and works for a broad range of skin issues [with no major side effects] as well as helps with joint and bone-on-bone pain.

What is L-Arginine / L-Citrulline and where does it come from?
L-Citrulline is a substance called a non-essential amino acid. Your kidneys change L-Citrulline into another amino acid called L-Arginine and a chemical called Nitric Oxide.
These compounds are important to your heart and blood vessel health. They may also boost your immune system.

- How much cream do I apply?
Our creams are “self-regulating” meaning you can choose how much cream to apply based on your personal need. Apply the recommended (1-2) pump instructions per the How To Apply and When To Apply details below on this product page and/or under the Product Tips & Application Tab in the drop down main menu.
- Can I layer other creams over this cream?
Our creams can be applied to the body at the same time on different skin areas OR mix (1-2) creams in the palm of your hand and then apply to skin area. Avoid layering creams with non–Nutra Relief creams as other creams are made with toxic chemicals which could cause irritation.
- How long do I rub the cream on for?
Gently massage Nutra Relief creams on skin for 30 seconds longer than a normal cream application until fully absorbed. The gentle massaging acts as a mechanism for the cream to fully penetrate the skin.
- What if I have sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin the best place to apply the cream may be on the soles of your feet. These pores are 30% larger than any other location on your body which makes for an excellent absorption and application area.
- Where on the body do I apply the cream?
Our liposomal creams will go thru the skin into the circulatory system no matter where on the body you apply them. For this specific cream massage the Traum Max Relief cream to the afflicted areas that are hurting first.
If you have a wound that is causing you pain rub the cream around the wound (never over the wound) the cream will go into the body and immediately start to help no matter where you massage it on. For more info review the “Recommended Application Body Chart” for multiple skin area options.

How to apply
- Massage (1-2) pumps on clean skin for 30 seconds to any area of the body you are experiencing pain or any of these skin options as well: wrists, inner arms, upper or lower chest, inner thigh, calf’s, abdomen or bottom of feet. Gentle massaging acts as a mechanism for the cream to fully penetrate the skin. See “Body Chart” for all recommended application areas.

Always Have This Cream Handy
I was doing laundry and picked up a load to put into the dryer. In doing so, I jammed my finger so hard that it turned red, yellow and an angry color of purple and it swelled. First thing I did was reach for my Trauma Max because I knew it would take the throbbing away. I used less then pea size on my finger and it took pain away immediately. I think you should have called this Right Now relief because it works that quickly. Three days later, I could move little finger easily, and it didn’t hurt. Bonus: very convenient bc you can slip it in a purse or pocket so it’s portable and very convenient. My advice…is to always have Trauma Max handy

Pain Gone In Minutes
As soon as I got home, I rubbed on the Trauma Max Relief Cream, and within a matter of minutes, the pain was gone.
