- Username Field: The name you choose as your “Username” will be your Affiliate Code Word at the end of your unique Affiliate Link.
- Affiliate Link: Your Affiliate Link will look like this: www.NutraRelief.com/pro/(username).
- Example: If I choose “VIP” as my username my affiliate link would be (www.NutraRelief.com/pro/vip)
- Choose Carefully: Choose your “Username” carefully as it’s not just a username to log into your Affiliate Dashboard Account it will be the actual word on the end of your affiliate link. Should you choose a username you do not wish to keep, contact us, we will delete your affiliate account and you can sign-up again.
- Website URL Field: If you will be promoting us on your own website please add that website in this field. If you do not have a website leave this field blank.
