HOW TO APPLY:
D3 + MenaQ7® (K2)
Massage 2–3 pumps onto clean, dry skin until fully absorbed. Choose from the inner arms, upper or lower chest, abdomen, inner thighs, calves, or bottoms of the feet. Rotate application areas as desired.
Glutathione Plus
Massage 2–3 full pumps onto clean, dry skin until fully absorbed. Apply along the right upper side of the abdomen, near the liver area, as part of your daily antioxidant, detoxification, and immune-support routine.
Magnesium Citrate
Massage 2–3 pumps daily onto clean, dry skin until fully absorbed. Choose one application area each evening: inner forearm, under-breast or upper abdominal area, legs, calves, or feet. For nighttime muscle tension or leg restlessness, the calves and feet are ideal application areas. Rotate application areas regularly.
COMBINED APPLICATION OPTION:
