What does Melatonin do?
Melatonin is the natural hormone your body secretes that helps to maintain your wake-sleep cycle (also called biological clock). The wake-sleep cycle the process of sleep and wakefulness; in humans this averages 8 hours of nighttime sleep and 16 hours of daytime activity.

YES, when delivered through the skin with our Certified Liposomal Delivery Technology (LDT), our Liposomal Melatonin Cream can help you fall asleep within 5-15 minutes of application.
- What if I’m not falling asleep quick enough?
If you’re not falling asleep quick enough keep using the Melatonin Cream every evening for at least week. No skipping a night! Some individuals require more time for their body to feel the effects while others feel it immediately on night one. We recommend (1-2) pumps but if you’re not asleep within 20 minutes after applying your first application, you may apply (1) extra pump.
- What if I wake up in the middle of the night, do I rub on more Melatonin Cream?
NO do not apply more cream. If you wake up in the middle of the night, avoid turning on lights, tv, tablet or looking at your cell phone. Light will signal your Pineal Gland that it’s daytime and kick “Serotonin” into production which will wake you up! To fall back to sleep, wet your hands with a little bit of water and rub over the original Melatonin Cream application area. Please DO NOT APPLY MORE Cream! Simply rub over the application area with damp hands and it will reactive the Melatonin that’s still stored on your skin.
- I notice a slight smell to the Melatonin Cream. Is that natural?
The natural smell you’re noticing in the Melatonin Night Cream is the natural smell of the pure bio-active ingredients. We choose not to mask our ingredients and instead formulate our creams as pure as possible to avoid any allergies or our customers may have.
- You mentioned the Melatonin Cream is also an anti-aging beauty cream. How?

- Can I layer other creams over my Melatonin cream?
Our creams can be applied to the body at the same time, however, apply on different skin areas. Avoid layering creams on top of each other or with other non-liposomal Nutra Relief creams. Other creams are made with toxic chemicals which could cause irritation.
- How long do I rub the cream on for?
Gently massage Nutra Relief creams on skin for 30 seconds longer until fully absorbed. The massaging acts as a mechanism for the cream to fully penetrate the skin.
- What if I have sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin the best place to apply the cream may be on the soles of your feet. These pores are 30% larger than any other location on your body which makes for an excellent absorption and application area.
- Where on the body do I apply the creams?
Our liposomal creams will go thru the skin into the circulatory system no matter where on the body you apply them. Review the “Recommended Application Body Chart” for multiple skin area options. Multiple creams can be applied to the body at the same time, however, apply / rotate them on different skin areas to avoid saturation.
- How much cream do I apply?
Our creams are “self-regulating” meaning you can choose how much cream to apply based on your personal need. Apply the recommended (1-2) pump instructions per the How To Apply and When To Apply details below on this product page and/or under the Product Tips & Application Tab in the drop down main menu.
Regarding the Melatonin Cream you may self-regulate and reduce it to a (pea-size) amount or increase it to (3-4) pumps as needed.
- Is there any side effect to using the Melatonin cream?
No. If you use too much cream you will know by experiencing what we call the, “melatonin headache” or you feel a bit too groggy. Simply self-regulate with your Melatonin cream by lessening the amount of pumps you’re using. Even a pea-size amount can go a long way when its a liposomal cream and not an oral capsule.

How to apply
- ONLY at NIGHT. Massage (2-4 pumps) on clean skin until fully absorbed. Apply (10-15 min) before bedtime. Choose one skin area to apply cream each night: face, neck, upper chest, inner forearm, wrists or bottom of feet. Please turn off all lights, no tv, cell phone, tablet or laptop viewing. Seriously! Avoid continuing to send light through your eyes after applying your Melatonin Liposomal Cream.
- Our creams can be applied to the body at the same time on different skin areas OR mix (1-2) creams in the palm of your hand and then apply to skin area. Avoid layering creams with Non–Nutra Relief creams as other creams are made with toxic chemicals which could cause irritation.
When to apply
- ONLY at NIGHT. Apply around (10-15) minutes before going to sleep. Please turn off all lights, no tv, cell phone, tablet or laptop viewing. Avoid any light going through your eyes after applying your Melatonin Liposomal Cream.
- MIXED SIGNALS: Light going into the eyes will send your brain mixed signals. Your body will have Melatonin in your system but light going into the Optic Nerve will tell your Pineal Gland to keep secreting the Waking Hormone called “Serotonin” when it should be secreting instead the Sleep Hormone “Melatonin”. Please DO NOT send your body mixed signals! Turn OFF all lights. If you must read or watch tv before going to bed then do it before applying your Liposomal Melatonin Cream.
- SLEEP HYGIENE: When ready to actually go to sleep, apply the cream and create total darkness in your room. If you sleep next to someone who keeps the lights on or watches TV please sleep with eye masks on. You must eliminate all light from coming into your “Optic Nerve” (aka. your eyes) in order for the Pineal Gland in your brain to STOP secreting Serotonin and BEGIN secreting Melatonin. A proactive and consistent SLEEP HYGIENE routine is an absolute MUST when giving your body the restful, healing deep sleep it deserves.
