- How much cream do I apply?
Our creams are “self-regulating” meaning you can choose how much cream to apply based on your personal need. Apply the recommended (1-2) pump instructions per the How To Apply and When To Apply details below on this product page and/or under the Product Tips & Application Tab in the drop down main menu.
- Are there any toxic side effects of too much Magnesium?
If you do absorb too much Magnesium you may experience mild diarrhea and stomach discomfort. Simply self-regulate how many pumps of the cream you massage on. Otherwise Magnesium does absolute wonders for your digestion and helps with regular and easy bowl movements.
- What are the benefits of the nootropic bio-active Lecithin?
• Lecithin assists in breaking down other fats and transporting them throughout the body.
• It also acts as a direct precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.

Our creams can be applied to the body at the same time on different skin areas OR mix (1-2) creams in the palm of your hand and then apply to skin area. Avoid layering creams with non–Nutra Relief creams as other creams are made with toxic chemicals which could cause irritation.
- How long do I rub this cream on for?
Gently massage Nutra Relief creams on skin for 30 seconds longer until fully absorbed. The massaging acts as a mechanism for the cream to fully penetrate the skin.
- What if I have sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin the best place to apply the cream may be on the soles of your feet. These pores are 30% larger than any other location on your body which makes for an excellent absorption and application area.
- Where on the body do I apply this cream?
Our liposomal creams will go thru the skin into the circulatory system no matter where on the body you apply them. Review the “Recommended Application Body Chart” for multiple skin area options. Multiple creams can be applied to the body at the same time, however rotate them on different skin areas to avoid saturation.
For Magnesium Citrate specifically, you may also apply the cream directly on the skin areas that experience cramping, soreness or pain.

How to apply
- Massage (2-3) pumps daily on clean skin, continue until fully absorbed. Choose one skin area to apply cream each night: inner forearm, underneath breast or upper stomach area, leg or feet area especially if experiencing leg cramping or restless leg syndrome. May alternate areas to avoid saturation.

When to apply

Where have you been all my life?
Where have you been all my life?! These products are a must have! I’ve dealt with severe right should joint pain for the past 11 months – testing negative for RA, Lupus and Lyme’s disease, my doctor suggested a gluten-free diet. No thanks! The Magnesium Citrate Nutra Relief was introduced to me over the weekend and I am hear to say, my shoulder has been pain-free since applying the cream to it. I wake up pain-free and I’m able to throw the toy across the yard for the dog to retrieve. I have full range of motion back!

This Cream Is A God Send
Thank you to Daniel & Kecia. The Magnesium Citrate is a God send. I work out a lot, and referee sports. At nights I would get terrible, terrible cramps. I would be up for hours with cramps in my legs and feet. I first started putting the cream on anytime I got a cramp, I would rub some cream right on the spot of the cramp, and within a minute, the cramp would be gone. Then they told me to just rub it on my legs before going to bed every night. I ended up sleeping through the night without any cramps. The Magnesium Citrate is the best cream I’ve ever tried for cramps. I keep a bottle right by my bed.

No More Inflammation & Cramps!

Pain Disappeared
I trim horses’ feet and do horse massages. I started with the Magnesium Citrate cream along my spine a few weeks ago. I have scoliosis and sometimes my back is so tight that I walk at a tilt but since I have been using the cream, my back muscles are relaxed, and I can walk straighter. I have also included the Niacinamide Cream along my neck (I was in a riding accident about 3 months ago and fractured 2 neck vertebrae).
I was really suffering residual pain from the accident along my shoulders, neck area, and arms. Within minutes of applying the Niacinamide Cream, the pain disappeared, and I could move my arm – lifting it to shoulder level which I had not been able to do since the accident. An Absolute Must Have Cream!
I’m a daily user of Nutra Relief Magnesium Citrate Cream. Every evening I rub the cream on my legs, ankles and feet to eliminate nightly muscle cramps.
